About the Role:
In this dynamic front-desk role, you’ll support our clinical team by managing patient enquiries, appointments, and day-to-day admin tasks. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm and professional experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment

Committed to patient confidentiality

Comfortable with technology and medical admin systems

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently

Key Duties Include:

Greeting patients and answering phones

Schedule and confirm imaging appointments

Process referrals and ensure relevant documentation is received and filed correctly

Liaise with radiologists, technicians, GPs, and other healthcare professionals

Perform general administrative duties
