About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-focused Administration Officer to join our team. This is a dynamic role supporting both our finance and Administration functions—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Payroll
Review and verify weekly payroll and STP submissions
Process payments to suppliers
Prepare weekly payroll overtime reports
Enter invoices into accounting system
Offset debtor/creditor accounts
Perform payment and account reconciliations
General Administration
Answer incoming phone and email enquiries
Manage client bookings and schedule requests
Assist with sales calls and customer follow-up
Support the General Manager with administrative tasks
Contribute to daily and monthly reporting
Help build and maintain strong client relationships
About You
Previous experience in administration or accounts is desirable but not essential
Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
MYOB experience desirable but not essential
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive and professional approach to work
