SOUS CHEFS WANTED | THE FARMHOUSE GROUP

The Farmhouse Group is hiring experienced Sous Chefs to join the kitchen teams at our much-loved venues on Brisbane’s Inner Northside, including the flagship Farmhouse Kedron and Oh Boy, Bok Choy!.

We’re looking for calm, capable professionals with a minimum of five years’ experience in busy à la carte restaurants, who are ready to bring skill, consistency, and leadership to our growing team. Experience with Asian cuisines is highly regarded.

Our venues are both quality-driven and high volume. If you are rattled by speed, pressure or a fast-paced service environment, this will not be the group for you. But if you thrive under pressure and love the buzz of a full house, you’ll fit right in. High energy and creativity are recognised and rewarded.

Our kitchen brigades include chefs from over a dozen different countries, and we pride ourselves on our inclusive, supportive culture.

About You:

You’re confident running service and supporting your Head Chef day-to-day.

You take pride in cooking clean, beautiful food at pace.

You’re organised, steady under pressure, and committed to high standards.

You're seeking stability and growth, with a minimum three-year commitment as the group expands.

Weekend work is essential, but evening work is not — we operate on a 9-day fortnight.
