About The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced WorkSafe Trainer and Assessor to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, nationally accredited training and assessment across a range of industries, including construction, safety, manufacturing, mining, and resources.

You will be responsible for guiding students toward successful learning outcomes while maintaining compliance and industry standards.

We are seeking skilled and passionate trainers who are ready to start immediately.

Requirements:

Able to deliver high-quality WorkSafe training in accordance with ASQA/ RTO Standards and regulatory standards

Conduct competency-based assessments with professionalism and integrity

Ensure training materials and delivery meet compliance and industry benchmarks

Provide mentorship and support to learners throughout their qualification journey

Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required

Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy and safe for operation

Demonstrate solid experience as Trainer/Assessor

Travel may be required to deliver training off-site

Willing to travel to all training locations including customer on-site locations around WA as required

Essential criteria:

Hold current WorkSafe Assessor Licence for Crane and Rigging Licence (RB, RI, RA)

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)

Experience delivering safety and high-risk work courses

Strong understanding of WHS legislation and practical application
