Are you an experienced Trainer & Assessor with a background in both Production and Maintenance operations? We are seeking motivated and qualified individuals to join a reputable mining services company, delivering high-quality training across a diverse fleet of equipment.

Our client is looking to fill 2 positions: 1 x DIDO to a site in the midwest and 1 x FIFO going to their Broome site.

About the Role:

As a Trainer & Assessor, you will play a key role in ensuring site personnel are trained, assessed, and compliant with all operational requirements. Reporting to the HSET Manager and Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering and managing training programs that meet site and legislative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and assess training for production operations in line with the site Training Management Plan
• Maintain accurate records in MYOSH and ensure compliance with competency frameworks
• Conduct site audits, refresher training, and ongoing skills assessments
• Liaise with site and training management to forecast and fulfil training needs
• Promote and uphold company values and safety standards across all training activities

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
• RII Tickets for Loaders, Dozers, and Excavators
• Recent training experience in a mining or heavy industry environment
• Proven experience operating and assessing across both production and maintenance equipment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with personnel at all levels
• Sound computer skills and knowledge of training management systems
• A valid Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
