Safety Training Professionals (STP) is a Western Australian owned and operated Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing high-quality industrial safety training and consultancy services. Due to ongoing growth and strong demand, we’re expanding our team and looking for passionate trainers to join us full-time.

About the Role
Based in Perth, this role focuses on the delivery and assessment of nationally recognised safety training units. Most of the training is delivered across the Perth metro area, with occasional travel to regional WA and the resources sector (with additional remuneration). We’re seeking enthusiastic trainers who are flexible, engaging, and committed to maintaining high training standards.

The enthusiastic and flexible trainer will be required to deliver two or more of the following units:

Work Safely at Heights

Enter Confined Space

Self Contained Breathing Apparatus

Gas Test Atmospheres

Basic Fire Extinguisher

Conduct Hazards Analysis / Conduct Local Risk Control

Provide First Aid

Confine Small Workplace Emergencies

Essential

Current Certificate IV TAE 40116

Suitable delivery qualifications and experience in 2 or more of our scope of registration.

Be flexible, have excellent communication, presentation and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft - Word, Excel and Power Point

Willingness to broaden your training capabilities across our full scope

Right to work in Australia with unrestricted work rights

Desirable

2+ years’ training experience preferred (but not essential – we’ll support the right candidate)
