About Us & Role Overview

At AusQ Training, we’re a small yet dynamic bunch. No two days are the same, and with nearly 15 years in business behind us, our reputation speaks for itself. Due to our success in providing top-notch training services and expanding our courses, we now need to grow our team.

Let us start by saying we are not your typical RTO! And we're okay with that, as it makes us stand out for all the right reasons. We don't settle for the ordinary and pride ourselves on being leaders in our industry.

AusQ Training is a registered training organisation that specialises in providing traffic management and construction training services across WA. We serve a wide range of customers, including government, utility providers, private employers, job providers, and event organisers. We have office locations in North Lake and Bunbury and provide onsite training solutions anywhere across WA.

Our core service is traffic management training, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality training in this area. While we’re also excited to be expanding into broader civil construction and related training programs, this role is firmly focused on traffic management. If your primary interest is in civil training only, this may not be the right fit.

We are looking for a Trainer & Assessor to join us, either someone who is…

1. Qualified & Experienced Trainer & Assessor

Hold Certificate IV TAE40116 qualification or higher

Minimum 3 years of work experience in the traffic management and / or civil industry

Hold a current Main Roads WA Basic Worksite Traffic Management & Traffic Controller (BWTM & TC) accreditation or higher

2. Industry Experienced & Wanting To Become A Qualified Trainer

We open doors to new opportunities for people. If you have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the traffic management industry and / or civil construction we are open to providing support to help the right candidate become a qualified trainer in this field.

These positions don't come up often.

As a Trainer & Assessor, you will be relied upon to deliver an exceptional training experience to our customers. Your level of engagement, confidence, ability to create a comfortable learning environment, and desire to help will directly influence their decision to come back and use our services again.

We are solution-focused and are looking for our next team members to possess the adaptability and tenacity to learn new systems and processes while also thinking about how we can be more effective and efficient. Our team genuinely loves what we do, and we are looking for people to join our journey with that same passion.
