With over 60 team members nationally, this business partners with elite developers on iconic projects including billion-dollar precincts, global hospitality brands, luxury hotels, and major residential launches across SEQ and beyond.

You’ll work on:

Masterplanned communities, luxury residential, hotels, hospitality, commercial towers

High-profile developments in QLD, national and international projects (e.g., Greece luxury resorts)

End-to-end integrated creative, brand, digital, and campaign strategy

Clients behind $1.5B+ pipeline projects and 10–15 year masterplans

The role:

Lead a high-performing client services team and portfolio of major accounts

Be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for developers and real estate clients

Champion service excellence, WIPs, briefs, and top-tier creative rollouts

Collaborate with internal specialists across strategy, design, digital and ops

Step into a leadership role with potential progression to General Manager

You bring:

10+ years experience in property marketing, creative agency or in-house developer brand team (Lendlease, Mirvac, Stockland etc.)

Proven track record delivering large-scale integrated projects with multiple stakeholders

Strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and client relationship leadership

Experience in luxury branding, real estate marketing or creative agency environments
