The Role

Davies Ross Consulting are looking for a proven performer within the Temp / Contract space, ideally with some experience within the construction industry. who would be enticed by working in a flexible working environment with professional, high performing Consultants.

The opportunity is well supported by Permanent Consultants who feed temp opportunity, although there is an expectation you will develop your own desk through a targeted and professional BD approach. You will be supported by a Resourcer as well as back office support to cover most of your administration allowing you to focus on your job.

Working in a team of 6 Consultants, you will have access to all the key platforms required to ensure your success as well as a Database that has been meticulously kept in order throughout the company history.

With a proven track record of billings for previous Employers in Australia, you will be given all the tools you need to do your job to the best of your ability. Honest, diligent & with a natural flair for developing strong, long term relationships with Clients & Candidates, you will be looking to step away from the traditional Recruitment Companies and join a forward thinking business who hold traditional values dear.

Qualifications & Experience

You will have full working rights in Australia with no Visa restrictions

You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a 360 degree Recruitment role

Experience working in a temp / contract desk would be highly advantageous, particularly within the White Collar Construction industry

You will be commutable to Brookvale

You will be able to provide good references from Clients & Employers

You will be able to demonstrate a proven consistency of billings within your field

You will be honest, appreciate the value of teamwork, be self-motivated and looking for a mature business environment where your self-motivation will be highly rewarded
