About the Role

Leaders Institute is seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will lead the development and delivery of marketing and advertising strategies to support student enrolment and brand growth, both locally and internationally.

Plan, develop, and manage advertising and marketing campaigns to support student recruitment and brand visibility.

Advise senior staff on strategies to reach domestic and international student markets, raise brand awareness, and promote course offerings.

Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including graphic design, video content, copywriting, and media buying, ensuring quality and timely delivery within budget.

Research potential student markets and course demand by collecting and analysing data and market trends.

Support institutional growth through the development and execution of marketing strategies, plans, and content.

Conduct and oversee market research to identify opportunities for new and existing courses.

Provide input on marketing mix decisions — including course positioning, pricing strategies, promotional tactics, and channel selection.

Create, schedule, and manage content for the website, social media, digital ads, and email campaigns.

Use data analysis and modelling tools to measure and improve campaign effectiveness and student engagement.

Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, prepare reports, and provide insights to inform decisions.

Analyse metrics from digital platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.) to optimise reach and conversion.

Recommend SEO and content updates to improve online visibility and lead generation.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

2+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising role

Strong understanding of digital platforms (SEO, social media, email marketing)

Ability to analyse data and provide insights

Excellent writing and content creation skills

Well-organised, creative, and results-driven

Desirable

Experience in higher education or student recruitment

Familiarity with CRICOS and international education marketing
