As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Director and our content creator to craft and execute impactful advertising campaigns. This role is laser-focused on paid advertising across Meta and Google, but we’re also looking for someone who can bring a broader marketing skill set to the table.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads, including Display, Performance Max, and Lead Ads.
Create, strategise, and build new campaigns with measurable performance goals.
Develop A/B tests to optimise ad performance and landing pages.
Collaborate with Google and Meta reps to leverage account opportunities.
Budget Management:
Allocate and manage budgets to meet performance targets.
Monitor spend and provide actionable insights to optimise ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
Deliver regular performance reports with meaningful insights.
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta's ad tools.
Ad Creative & Strategy:
Work with our in-house marketing team to develop compelling creatives.
Keep across changes in platforms, policy updates, and emerging trends.
Targeting & Research:
Conduct keyword research and deep-dive audience analysis.
Use competitor insights to sharpen targeting and find new angles.
Collaboration & Growth:
Align with cross-functional teams to ensure unified campaign messaging.
Share learnings, challenge ideas, and help lift the performance of the broader team.
Bonus Points If You Bring:
Experience with LinkedIn and TikTok Ads
Nurture journeys and marketing automation (Salesforce preferred)
Website management and mid-level development skills
CRM experience
Conversion tracking and SEO (on-page, off-page, or technical)
Solid grasp of data analysis and reporting
Use of AI tools to boost workflow efficiency
Social media management and creative campaign strategy
Basic design and visual storytelling skills
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Google and Meta Ads.
Sharp execution skills across biddable media, audience segmentation, and keyword strategy.
Proficiency with tracking and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta's platform.
A proactive mindset and a knack for making things happen without being micromanaged.
Strong communicator with a collaborative attitude and creative thinking skills.
