We are seeking a professional medical receptionist/admin assistant to join our small but very busy integrative Medical Practice in Cumberland Park.

Our practice support a diverge range of patients and is committed to providing respectful, compassionate care with a focus on integrative health. If you have strong admin skills and have an interest in holistic or integrative medicine this could be the roll for you.

About the role

This is not a basic reception role. It is a varied and dynamic postion where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for delivering high quality front-desk and administration support in a calm and caring manner.

Key Responsbilities

Welcoming and assisting patients in a warm and courteous manner

Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Managing appointments and phone enquiries efficiently

Maintaining confidentiality and patient's records with care

General office duties to support the daily operation of the clinic

About you

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ability to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure

A strong work ethic and essential that you can cover for personal and annual leave when required

The ability to work autonomously and use initiative

Interest and experience in integrative medicine (preferred but not essential

Mature candidates encourage to apply

What we offer

Ongoing casual hours typically between 15-20 hours
