With continued growth in our commercial division, we’re looking for a capable and caring team member to join our crew in Braeside.
About the Role
This is a customer support-first role. You’ll be the key point of contact for our commercial customers once an order is placed—responding to enquiries, resolving issues, coordinating logistics, and ensuring they feel supported from production through to warranty and beyond.
Using Zoho Desk, you’ll manage support tickets while also assisting with internal admin tasks to help keep the commercial sales pipeline running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, loves helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support
- Manage Zoho Desk tickets and close enquiries efficiently (warranty, service calls, spare parts, etc.)
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and install teams
- Provide helpful updates and aftercare to ensure satisfaction
- Keep support records accurate and up to date
Sales Administration
- Track sales orders and coordinate production process (using Cin7 Omni)
- Assist with payments, freight bookings, artwork approvals, and invoicing
- Ensure timely order flow from deposit to installation
General Office Support
- Answer phones, greet walk-ins, and keep communication flowing
- Help write occasional email newsletters or social content
- Contribute to trade show prep, ad-hoc admin, and internal improvements
What You’ll Bring
✔ Experience in customer service, sales admin, or support roles
✔ Excellent communication and organisation skills
✔ Friendly, solutions-focused approach with great attention to detail
✔ Ability to manage competing tasks and work well with internal teams
✔ Experience with CRMs or ticketing platforms like Zoho Desk (a plus)
✔ Comfortable using business systems (e.g. Outlook, Excel, web tools)
What We Offer
- $60,000–$67,500 + Super (based on experience)
