We are celebrating over 45 years of wine imports and distribution and are looking for a new team member!

Our office team is based in Blackburn and are seeking a highly motivated person on a full time, ongoing basis.

The Applicant will become a valuable team member and be responsible for -

Process stock, pricing and discount-related credit claims.

Release prepaid orders currently held in suspense.

Support credit control activities

Perform customer data cleansing for both direct and indirect accounts.

Set up new accounts for national retail chains, wholesalers and pre-paid accounts.

Generate recharge invoices for vineyard-related transactions.

Maintain customer information across third-party portals including Brand Print, On Tap, ALM, Paramount, and Liquid Mix.

Monitor the Accounts incoming emails and respond to general inquiries.

Provide support for other Head Office positions as needed, including coverage during team member absences.

The successful applicant will have

Accounting administration experience

Can use accounting and other information systems

Advanced Excel & strong MS Office skills

Good written and verbal communication

Highly organised, self-driven attitude

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Superior organisational and planning skills

Ability to manage conflicting priorities

Strong problem-solving ability
