Accounts Officer – Flexible Hours, Great Culture
Location: South Yarra (Hybrid – min. 2 days in-office)
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Super
Hill McGlynn are partnering with a leading transport and logistics company to find a reliable, proactive Accounts Officer who takes pride in getting things done efficiently and accurately.
You’ll be joining a collaborative finance team, working closely with the CFO, Financial Controller, and broader business. This is a hands-on role managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, contractor payments, and reporting, while building strong relationships across the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process weekly client invoicing and contractor payments (RCTIs)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Prepare and maintain client performance reports
• Resolve contractor and client queries quickly and professionally
• Assist with month-end processes and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in accounts payable & receivable, including reconciliations
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and general ledger
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and results-focused
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
