We’re partnering exclusively with a well-established, privately-owned commercial and industrial builder to find an Estimator ready to contribute to a high-performing team and grow within a company known for quality and consistency.
With 30+ years of success and a strong pipeline of projects across industrial, commercial, retail, and warehousing – this role offers stability, mentorship, and the opportunity to work on landmark projects valued up to $30M.

💼 The Role
As Estimator, you’ll work closely with and report to the Senior Estimator, helping to prepare competitive tenders across both negotiated and hard-dollar bids. You’ll gain valuable exposure across a wide range of sectors and build relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and review accurate cost estimates
• Work on tenders across D&C and hard-dollar contracts
• Assist in preparing scope of works and tender documentation
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source pricing
• Support final submission processes alongside the Senior Estimator
• Identify potential risks and opportunities in costings

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of estimating experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction methods
• Experience with projects up to $30M (desirable)
• Proficiency in Cubit, Estimate One, Bluebeam & MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset

🎓 Bonus if you have:

• A degree or diploma in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a trade background
• Experience with early-stage D&C tenders
