Core Talent is recruiting for a respected commercial construction builder who is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team. Projects range from $5M-$35M across healthcare, education, and light industrial.
What You'll Do:
Working within a proven estimating team
Prepare takeoffs, budgets, and bid proposals
Coordinate with subs and internal teams
Contribute to bid strategy and client presentations
What You Bring:
8+ years in commercial construction estimating for Tier 2 or 3 builders
Strong knowledge of local sub market + costing
Experience with CostX
Detail-driven with strong communication skills
