We’re a fast-growing concrete sleeper manufacturer with factories in Officer and Tottenham, and we’re looking for a motivated, people-focused team player to support our office operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who’s ready to grow and take on more responsibility in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Taking inbound calls and helping customers with quotes and orders

Communicating with tradies and coordinating deliveries

Managing order changes and following up with customers

Assisting with stock control, incoming materials & procurement

Keeping the office tidy, organised and efficient

General admin support to help keep the wheels turning

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service experience (phone and in person - min 5 years)

Good with numbers – basic pricing, discounts, GST, etc.

Confident with Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets – ERP experience a plus

Organised, detail-oriented, and a great multitasker

Positive attitude, eager to learn, and happy to help wherever needed

Experience dealing with trade customers

Experience with inventory management systems is preferred

A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an office environment, preferably in customer service or account management roles involving B2B clients.

Have lived in Victoria for at least 10 years and possess a strong understanding of local logistics and Melbourne’s suburbs. - Must have permanent working rights in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency)

Be able to demonstrate clear communication skills and professionalism.
