What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the heart and soul of our customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our core values of fun, care and excellence. Your day-to-day will include but not limited to:

Connecting with customers via phone, email, live chat and social media, ensuring they feel seen, heard and valued.

Handling customer enquiries with empathy, creativity and efficiency, always aiming for win-win solutions.

Taking ownership of every query and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.

Processing orders with precision and care, using our custom CRM software.

Build strong, lasting relationships with our corporate and wholesale clients, delivering service tailored to their unique needs.

Packing, quality-checking and preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring every cupcake arrives as perfect as when it left the bakery.

Collaborating closely with your team to create a seamless and delightful customer journey.

Managing administrative tasks like reporting, inventory stocktakes and office upkeep.
