To continue delivering high-quality customer service, we are expanding our team and inviting efficient, adaptable, and customer-focused professionals to join us. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for order processing, client communication, and marketing support.

Our company offers a structured training program for growth across B2C and B2B sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Process and verify customer orders to ensure accuracy

Monitor and manage inventory, making adjustments as needed

Communicate with customers via SMS, email, and other platforms

Assist the marketing team with content creation for promotions and social media campaigns

Organize and maintain shipment data to support logistics operations

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes

Work Schedule ( 38 hour per week ):

Shift:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

12:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Breaks:

1 hour unpaid break each day

Morning break and afternoon break: 15 minutes

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and efficiency in task execution

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively

At least 1 year of local work experience or 3+ years of living experience in Australia

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Flexibility to work different shifts, including night and weekend shifts

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for daily business interactions.
