The role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you’ll be leading from the front, mentoring a team of Sales and Clinical Specialists across NSW while also managing your own well-established territory.
You’ll set the tone, support your team in the moments that matter, and stay close enough to the work to know where you’re making an impact. You’ll coach, guide, and create a culture of clarity, accountability, and trust, where people know what’s expected of them and are backed to deliver.
You’ll also own territory strategy, working closely with key surgeons, decision-makers, and the broader business to identify commercial opportunities, respond to market shifts, and continue building on what’s already a strong foundation.
What we’re looking for
You’ve worked in Spine, Ortho, Neuro, or another adjacent surgical space. You know your way around a theatre and how to build trust where it counts.
You’re probably a Senior TM or Product Specialist who’s been leading from the side for a while, or you’re already a Field Sales Manager ready to lead with more purpose and less politics.
You’re someone who stays steady under pressure, can coach others without losing sight of your own goals, and knows how to run a territory with purpose and pace.

Package details
Base: $130,000 - $140,000 base
Super: 12%
Car allowance (includes parking): $25,500
Bonus: Uncapped, paid quarterly
