Responsibilities
As our Accounts Payable Officer, you'll manage the complete AP cycle:

• Invoice Processing - Review, code, and process supplier invoices with accuracy
• Payment Runs - Execute timely payment batches to maintain vendor relationships
• Receipting & Matching - Ensure all goods received are properly matched and recorded
• End-to-End AP Management - Own the complete accounts payable workflow
• Vendor Communication - Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies
• Reconciliation Support - Assist with supplier statement reconciliations and reporting

Skills Needed

• Proven experience in accounts payable or similar finance role
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and internal stakeholder interaction
• Autonomous worker - ability to manage workload independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
