Our client seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to play a key part in enabling evidence-based decision-making across Australia’s health and welfare sectors by supporting the design and delivery of high-quality digital and analytical solutions.

Duties of the Senior Business Analyst

• Skilled in documenting complex and routine business processes using BPMN, flowcharts, and structured templates;
• Proven ability to conduct gap analyses and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including policy, operational, and technical teams;
• Strong capability in data analysis, interpretation, and visualisation using tools such as SAS, Power BI, or Tableau;
• Experience managing tender processes, including RFQ documentation, evaluation, and vendor engagement in line with government procurement policies.
