Our client, a secure and very well-funded Federal Government entity is seeking a SAP Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cost recovery frameworks that align with strategic financial objectives, including pricing models for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Partner with the ICT procurement team, BAU service owners, Finance, and the Shared Services Account Manager to determine and refine cost structures, allocations, and recovery methodologies.
• Contribute to the division’s financial strategy, budget development, and long-term investment planning, including modelling capital and operational expenditure scenarios.
• Provide financial insights and scenario modelling to inform executive decisions around ICT investment and service design.
• Work with Finance to ensure accurate mapping and integration of cost data from the TechOne finance system into the cost model and establish ongoing processes for periodic financial updates.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency with enterprise financial systems, particularly TechOne CiA or equivalent (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and familiarity with Australian Accounting Standards.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise documentation that communicates financial concepts and service costs to executive and non-financial audiences.
• Experience developing Executive-level briefs, financial papers, or investment proposals.
