Our fast-paced growth model means our team is now expanding and looking for a motivated new team member to join us. The role is suited to an experienced Product Manager who will provide support to the Industrial Division on range and customer management.

About The Role…

We are currently seeking a Product Administrator who is autonomous, confident and self-motivated to be based in our Perth office. The Product Administrator reports to the Head of Product & Marketing and has the responsibility for maintaining accurate and up to date product information.

The key responsibilities & skills will include:

Strong data accuracy and attention to detail – ensures all product specs, pricing, and codes are correct across systems.

ERP and PIM system experience – confident navigating platforms like SAP & PIM

Excel proficiency – comfortable with formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and large data sets.

Understanding of product information – including technical specs, packaging details, and product lifecycle processes.

Workflow and process management – can follow structured SKU onboarding and product update workflows.

Effective cross-functional communication – liaises with product, marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to coordinate product data.

Compliance awareness – ensures product data and packaging meet regulatory and retailer requirements. Familiar with GS1, HACCP & TGA.

Proactive problem-solving – identifies data inconsistencies and suggests process improvements.

Organised and deadline-driven – manages multiple tasks while keeping product timelines on track.

About You…
This role requires an energetic and focused individual, with excellent time management skills who can work to strict deadlines. You will also be proactive in your approach, have an eye for detail and be able to build relationships at all levels.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the below:
- intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- experience in a similar role

- The ability to work autonomously, be a self-starter, but also be part of a tight-knit team

- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy across multiple platforms.

- Communicate effectively at all levels

- Experience in castors, materials handling, ppe or safety markets is beneficial but not essential
