This position consists of two primary elements: A customer-facing aspect and campaign activation delivery.
You might be glad to know that this is not a sales role but rather a customer support role. As our customer service champion, you have an endless commitment to providing value at EVERY step and during EVERY interaction with our clients.
You will act as our representative and the primary point of contact for any client concerns such as product enquiries, support requests or campaign deliveries.
Your strong interpersonal skills will help guide our clients to establish clear goals and milestones, manage product implementation and service delivery, as well as encourage deeper value-driven service adoption through upsells and renewals. You will work intimately with our self-organising team to respond to client needs and turn our clients into raving fans, which as you know is the best form of advertising.
While you need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, you also need the technical skills required to get the technology to do what you promised it would. In this campaign activation role, you will be responsible for the activation of marketing and advertising campaigns.
Using your technical skills, you will launch marketing campaigns, that not only run like clockwork, but most importantly, achieve their top objectives, like increased engagement, sales and conversions. You will need to possess expert knowledge of media advertising strategies that work, how to get website traffic to convert, campaign optimisation and SEO/SEM/Social best practice.
As a results-focused team, we know putting all our eggs in one basket will not produce optimal results for clients. Your integrated, multi-channel approach will integrate digital media, TV, Radio, OOH and Print for maximum impact. Client Relationship Management & Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in our media and creative strategies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to add value, ensuring clients see us as strategic partners, not just service providers.
- Maintain a structured feedback loop, gathering insights on campaign performance and aligning client expectations with reality.
- Anticipate client challenges and concerns before they arise, proactively offering solutions and adjustments.
- Work closely with the Head of Media and Media Specialists to ensure client objectives are met, and results continue to improve.
- Provide regular performance reports to clients, translating media data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that make sense for their business.
- Be able to calculate and articulate the ROI for each strategy.
Client Strategy & Commercial Impact
- Help clients understand the commercial impact of media decisions, focusing on what drives ROI rather than vanity metrics.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring focus stays on high-value activities and preventing unnecessary scope creep or distractions.
- Facilitate strategy meetings with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
- Spot upsell and growth opportunities, working with the Head of Media to expand the scope of services where appropriate.
Internal Coordination & Team Accountability
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with excellence.
- Hold internal teams accountable to client commitments, ensuring clear deliverables and follow-through.
- Manage client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into our systems and processes.
- Ensure all client requests are prioritised effectively, balancing urgency with strategic importance.
- Write clear and detailed briefs so the team can execute projects seamlessly.
Process & Efficiency Improvements
- Identify opportunities to streamline communication and workflows to enhance the client experience.
- Leverage AI tools and automation where possible to improve reporting, communication, and account management.
- Regularly review and refine client success processes, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
As you can see, this is a diverse and exciting role where change and never-ending improvement are a requirement of success.
You don’t need to be an expert on everything, but having experience in media and managing large client assignments within multiple stakeholder environments is a must. You must also be able to show a solid track record of relevant experience.

- Can manage the quoting and scoping process and follow our process autonomously.
- Is a strong communicator, able to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and keep conversations focused on value and impact.
- Can balance client needs with agency priorities, ensuring realistic expectations and effective resource allocation.
- Has a commercial mindset, able to align media strategies with business objectives and identify upsell opportunities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, juggling multiple accounts without dropping the ball.
- Understands digital media, performance marketing, and the key metrics that drive success.
- Is proactive—doesn’t just react to problems but anticipates challenges and offers solutions before they escalate.
- Can simplify complex media concepts for clients, helping them focus on the most important performance indicators.
- Knows how to manage difficult conversations, keeping clients engaged and satisfied while ensuring internal teams stay on track.
- Has experience with AI tools or automation to improve client communication and reporting efficiency.
