We’re looking for strategically-minded digital media specialists for planning, buying, implementing and optimising campaigns who master the tools and want the flexibility, autonomy and range to further develop skills across multiple accounts in both B2B and B2C.

We are growing, with an increasingly global clientele. We’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial and results-focused Digital Media “Ninjas” to add to our team of media buyers across all online channels.

For this particular role, you must master metrics and be laser-focused on client ROI.

Please note we are not looking for one person to do all of the below. We're looking for several SENIOR specialists to fill all of these needs (as a collaborative team).

We will send you a detailed form to determine your level of proficiency with each of these tools. Please apply if you have SOME of these skills with a high level of proficiency and if you're selected, we'll make sure to match you with the tasks and projects that you can do.

For this role, we are looking for SENIOR specialists, not entry-level people. We already have several of those fulfilling what we need. We need people with ADVANCED SKILLS and several years of experience who can OPTIMISE and IMPROVE campaigns.

This is the Complete Digital Media Specialist checklist -

You know the digital media buying tools inside-out.

You have shortcuts and go-to strategies that work for you day in, day out.

You know the steps to launch campaigns so well, you could almost execute them blindfolded.

You have a daily optimisation routine to test, tweak and re-align campaign parameters to make the metrics produce market-beating results that prove you’re a technical magician.

You’re one step ahead of the curve when it comes to data analysis, it’s as if the numbers speak to you in their own secret language. You know the stats without reading the reports, it’s like a cosmic dance you have with the digital universe, but it’s all grounded in hardcore real-time numbers that end up on the client’s bottom line or in the sales funnel.

You know that Artificial Intelligence is artificial because it still takes a human brain with its brilliance and creativity to interpret the in-between-the-lines messages you’re able to pick up as you become more knowledgeable about a client and its target audience(s).

Mastery of the digital media landscape and the ability to select the best media channels to suit each client’s objectives, including all digital media strategy, planning, buying and activation for clients.

Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics (4), Google AdWords, Looker Studio, Social Media Channels and Programmatic.

Ability to analyse and interpret what the data from advertising campaigns is revealing to help inform decisions for future campaigns and quickly implement the necessary changes.

Experience working with media budgets of $1-10 million with a steadfast focus on ROI.

Ability to manage budgets across multiple publishers at one time and optimise towards the best performers dynamically, in real-time.

Execute A/B testing of campaigns and creative elements.

Set up all the tracking links for ongoing metrics analysis and provide seamless end-of-month reporting.

Monthly reconciliation of media publisher invoices for client invoicing and reporting.

Strategic and tactical justification for your media spend recommendations.

Ability to interpret raw data to deliver successful communication campaigns, it would be great, but not necessary to have knowledge of the Tableau data visualisation tool.

Help our clients achieve a single view of their customers’ journey from the first impression right through to conversion and repeat purchases.

Assess omnichannel performance and set up best practice attribution measurement for each client.

Mastery of how to make e-commerce convert with the right combination of media advertising and on-page optimisation. You should be able to confidently point out where in the funnel metrics need to be improved and come up with proven strategies to increase performance.
