We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a reputable and well-established business supplying luxury high-end bathroom and kitchen fixtures. You’ll manage a portfolio of key accounts across the distributor and commercial retail channel – including plumbing merchants, major commercial retailers, and home improvement specialists.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and growing relationships with plumbing merchants and commercial retailers such as Harvey Norman Commercial, Winnings Commercial, E&S Trading, and others.

Driving sales growth through regular client engagement, range reviews, and promotional initiatives.

Developing tailored sales strategies for each account, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Identifying new business opportunities within the channel and supporting national sales strategies.

Collaborating with internal teams across marketing, product, and operations to ensure exceptional customer support and service delivery.

About You:

Proven experience managing distributor or retail accounts within the plumbing, bathroom, or building products industry.

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

A confident communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.

Self-motivated with strong time management and the ability to work autonomously.

Comfortable with regular travel across metro and regional NSW as needed.
