✨ What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of SME to mid-market clients
• Handle quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy documentation
• Liaise with underwriters and insurers to deliver client outcomes
• Collaborate with an internal support team to streamline operations

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance broking (commercial preferred)
• Tier 1 qualified (or currently completing it)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented and client-focused mindset
• Motivation to develop technically and grow within the industry
