What You'll Bring to the Table

We're looking for a consultative recruiter who thrives in a sales-focused environment. Key attributes include:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in permanent recruitment, ideally in the engineering, white-collar industrial management, or skilled trades or any other Permanent recruitment space with a strong interest in learning how things work.
• Sales & Commercial Acumen: A passion for becoming your best self, meeting sales targets and the ability to identify business potential and problems, present solutions, and negotiate deals.
