The Role:

You’ll work closely with our experienced recruitment team to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

Conducting pre-screening telephone interviews with candidates.

Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline of trade professionals, including skilled trades, site management, and other specialist roles.

Collaborating with recruiters to understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates.

Advertising job roles across multiple platforms with engaging and tailored job descriptions.

Assisting in managing compliance and pre-employment checks.

Providing excellent communication and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Proactively updating the candidate database.

What We Are Looking For:

We’re searching for someone with a proactive mindset and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. You should have:

Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a sales-driven environment (preferred but not essential).

A strong interest or experience in the trades industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates at all levels.

A proactive and driven attitude with outstanding organizational skills.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

High computer literacy and knowledge of recruitment systems.

A willingness to work in the office five days a week and immerse yourself fully in the role.
