*Please note this is a permanent, full-time role with base salary ranging between $75,000 - $80,000 + super + uncapped commissions*
The Role
As an experienced 360 Permanent Recruitment Consultant in the Manpower Specialist team (based in Sydney) you will contribute to the revenue and profitability of the professional support and customer service verticals and state targets. You will achieve this by maintaining existing client relationships as well as undertaking business development activities to generate new client wins. You are accountable to deliver recruitment services to clients ensuring Manpower attracts and selects the market's best permanent candidates by matching the skills of appropriately qualified and suitable candidates to fill relevant vacancies.
As a valued member of the Manpower Specialist Permanent Recruitment team your key responsibilities will include:
Sales Management
- Develop existing business and generate new business by undertaking business development activities such as client meetings, business development calls, preparation of new client proposals/pricing, reverse marketing in top temporary candidates and implementation of new business wins
Candidate Management
- End-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to: posting of job advertisements, screening suitable candidates, interviewing, administering assessments, reference checking and all associated administrative tasks.
- Development of specialised talent pools for the perm professional support and customer service markets
- Ensure all candidates are compliant before they are allocated to an assignment.
Client Management
- Conduct detailed job briefs, ensure permanent roles are filled and delivered to budget and to client expectations.
- Ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met, reporting requirements are fulfilled and support is provided on Quarterly Business reviews with all key clients.
Your Background
In order to be considered for this highly lucrative role you should have:
- Previous experience running a 360 permanent recruitment desk
- Sales and client relationship management experience
- Strong proficiency in conducting headhunting campaigns and sourcing candidates through various channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent and Bullhorn
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to work in a team environment and take accountability for their actions
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to screen and interview candidates effectively, ensuring a high standard of quality is presented to our clients
- Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional and strong communication skills-written and verbal, for building and maintaining relationships
- Possess specialist industry knowledge & expertise
- You will be ambitious, honest, resilient and a go getter not afraid to pick up the phone and speak with candidates and clients, enjoy sales activities and chasing down that next placement and job to fill
