Our clients have been around for over 50 years and are a mid-sized (100+ staff) accounting and advisory firm based in Edgecliff (next to the station). They offer a flexible working environment with 2 days WFH.

We are looking for a Client Services Officer to work closely with the Accounting Director and manage the operation flow of the team. This is the ideal role for you if you come from a public practice and have experience working with ATO correspondence, lodgements and MyGov portal.

About the Role

• Work directly with the Accounting Director; diary management and client meeting preparation
• Meet with clients and onboard new clients
• Liaise with the ATO and client tax queries and setting up repayment plans
• Administration support for tax team including ATO correspondence, lodgments and MyGov portal
• Establishment of new entities (e.g. Company and Trusts)
• Packaging of taxation document

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting administration
• Experience working with Accounting Partner / Director highly regarded
• MUST have strong verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and a team player approach
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite
• Must be Australian Citizen with full working rights to apply
