We are looking for a Client Services Officer to work with our Accountants/Client managers and take the next step in their career with a progressive and innovative financial advisory firm.

About the Role

• Assisting and work with Client Managers and Senior Accountants
• Support the wider team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
• Meet with clients and onboard new clients
• Liaise with the ATO and client tax queries and setting up repayment plans
• Establishment of new entities (e.g. Company and Trusts)
• Packaging of taxation document
• Review workflow management system

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial planning administration
• MUST have strong verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and a team player approach
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite
• Must be Australian Citizen with full working rights to apply
