As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Studio Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive membership growth, and build lasting relationships with our clients as well as support and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. In this role, you’ll become the face of our business and an integral part of everything we do.

Job Overview:

The Studio Manager will be responsible for driving membership sales, promoting our services, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both prospective and current members. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for fitness, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes. You’ll lead the sales process, develop sales strategies, and work closely with the franchise owner to achieve the business’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase membership and revenue.

● Lead and motivate the sales team, providing training, support, and performance feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

● Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including in-person, online, and events.

● Build relationships with prospective and current members, helping them find the right fitness solutions to meet their goals.

● Conduct tours of the facility, showcase BFT offerings, and promote the value of our memberships.

● Handle inquiries and follow up on leads to close sales and retain members.

● Develop and track sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.

● Collaborate with the franchise owner to design promotions, events, and campaigns to attract new members.

● Manage memberships, cancellations, and renewals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new members.

● Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of member satisfaction.

● Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in sales, preferably in a fitness or service-based environment.

● Cert III / IV in fitness.

● At least 1.5 years of experience in sales management or leadership role.

● Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.

● Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

● Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

● Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

● A positive attitude, self-starter, and problem solver.
