About the Role
We are looking for a driven and energetic Club Manager who is passionate about health and fitness, excels in leadership and can deliver an exceptional member experience. You will be the face of the club, responsible for day-to-day operations, team performance, and member engagement.

This is a full-time position and not an entry-level role – candidates must have previous experience in a fitness club or similar environment, specifically in membership sales, customer service, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, manage and inspire a small team including PTs and sales staff

· Drive new membership sales and achieve retention targets

· Execute local area marketing strategies to build community engagement

· Oversee all daily club operations including cleanliness, maintenance and member satisfaction

· Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong member relationships

· Manage club social media accounts and in-club promotions

· Ensure compliance with brand standards and procedures in coordination with head office

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 1–2 years experience in a fitness club or retail/service management role is essential

· Proven track record in membership sales and achieving KPIs

· Strong operational and administrative skills

· Passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals

· Confident communicator with a hands-on, proactive leadership style

· Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
