Are you passionate about helping others secure safe and affordable housing? Join our dedicated team as a Housing Support Worker, where you’ll provide support to individuals and families striving for stable homes.
In this role, you’ll work directly with clients across the Katanning, Kojonup, Gnowangerup, and Broomehill-Tambellup Shires, guiding them to access and maintain the housing they need. You will work in partnership with the Southern Aboriginal Corporation (SAC), who are the lead agency for the Central Great Southern Homelessness Specialist Support Service (HSSS)

To be successful in the is role you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience
- Knowledge of resources, agencies and government organisation’s relevant to the homeless population
- Knowledge of Aboriginal culture
- Well-developed computer skills (Office365)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan work
- Ability to work across agencies and maintain positive relationships
- Knowledge of the WA community services sector (desirable)
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Driver's Licence and a WA Working with Children Check.

- Starting salary $86,950 per annum pro rata plus 12% superannuation
- Enjoy generous tax-free salary packaging benefits where you can package up to $15,900 per annum and not pay tax on that amount.
- Additional 3 days (pro-rata) leave per year and ability to purchase additional leave
