We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Salon Manager to lead our Cannington studio team, nurture talent, and play a key role in shaping our next chapter.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong beauty background who is ready to step into a leadership role, with one-on-one mentoring from our Director to help you grow into a more strategic position over time.

What you’ll do as our Salon Manager:

Lead, support, and inspire your team of talented technicians to consistently deliver next-level service.

Champion Brow Tribe’s high standards of client experience and ensure day-to-day salon operations run smoothly.

Help recruit, onboard, train and develop new team members.

Support rostering, stock, and scheduling to ensure the studio hums with efficiency and calm.

Collaborate with our founder and wider team on campaigns, activations, and team culture initiatives.

Be available Saturdays and one late night per week.
