We’re on the hunt for a sharp, organised, and proactive right-hand person to support the GM in running and growing AusMCo. This is a hybrid role combining elements of Personal Assistant, Project Manager, and 2IC of Operations. If you’re a doer who can juggle recruitment, job scheduling, team coordination, and still pick up the phone to chase materials – you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new staff

Running the day-to-day business operations alongside the GM

Managing projects from scheduling through to completion

Allocating jobs and handling daily scheduling of workers and contractors

Managing the team – keeping everyone accountable and on-task

Handling admin tasks – job tracking, comms, and liaising with clients and suppliers

Sourcing materials, keeping an eye on orders, and making sure nothing holds up progress

And generally being the go-to person who keeps things moving

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:

Are a self-starter who can run with a task and figure things out

Have solid experience in operations, admin, or project coordination

Know how to keep multiple balls in the air without dropping any

Are tech-savvy and can navigate job management software (or willing to learn fast)

Communicate well and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone to get things done

Are flexible and happy to roll with the punches in a fast-moving business
