RESINC Solar & Batteries is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our growing national team. This is a remote-based role, ideal for a highly skilled project manager with a strong track record delivering commercial solar projects across Australia.

About the Role
As a key member of the RESINC Solar & Batteries team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex commercial solar and battery installations. Your role will include stakeholder engagement, compliance management, coordination with internal teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial solar projects from contract to completion

Coordinate engineering, procurement, and installation teams

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and network service providers

Ensure compliance with Clean Energy Council (CEC) standards and local regulations

Monitor project budgets, risk, and timelines

Provide regular reporting to management on project status and milestones

Support remote teams and ensure quality control throughout all project phases

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial solar project management

Demonstrated success delivering multi-site or large-scale solar and battery projects

Strong understanding of grid connection processes, CEC compliance, and Australian Standards

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Proven ability to manage remote teams and suppliers

Familiarity with scheduling, budgeting, and contract management software

Relevant qualifications in project management, electrical, or renewable energy disciplines
