Project Manager - Commercial construction
WILPAH Pty Ltd is a specialist Head Contractor with operations across Darwin and Cairns'. Our clients include Defence, Government, Rail and Tier 1 Managing Contractors. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team of construction professionals.
What you'll do:
Manage and lead end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects
Client and stakeholder management
Head Contract and Subcontract administration
Cost management and planning
What you'll bring:
Proven project management experience in high-compliance sectors, Defence experience highly regarded!
Strong commercial literacy with a proven track record of managing budget and navigating project risk
Exceptional leadership, communication and problem solving skills
Willingness to travel
