Zest DCA Pty Ltd is an experienced and growing construction and development company delivering residential, commercial, and community-based projects across Australia. We are currently hiring for two critical roles based in Darwin: a Construction Project Manager and a Construction Site Supervisor.

Position 1: Construction Project Manager

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + super
Location: Darwin, NT

We are seeking a capable and hands-on Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through to completion. You will lead program delivery, contract management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, and procurement

Manage construction programs and ensure key milestones are achieved

Liaise with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal teams

Prepare and review documentation including scopes, variations, and RFIs

Maintain compliance with WHS, building codes, and contractual obligations

Conduct regular site visits and coordinate closely with the Site Manager

Key Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Familiarity with managing commercial or community infrastructure projects

Strong understanding of contract administration (e.g., AS2124 or AS4000)

Competency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred

Position 2: Construction Site Supervisor

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + super
Location: Darwin, NT

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to supervise day-to-day construction site activities. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality and program objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site operations, including subcontractor coordination and site logistics

Maintain WHS compliance, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce site safety procedures

Monitor construction quality and manage QA documentation and inspections

Maintain detailed site records, including daily diaries and safety logs

Report regularly to the Project Manager and assist with program tracking

Key Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial or institutional projects

Demonstrated ability to manage active construction sites independently

Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, construction processes, and ITPs

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and services drawings

Familiarity with site software such as MS Projects, or equivalent

White Card required; supervisor ticket, First Aid, or high-risk licenses desirable
