Project Coordinator – Fitout & Refurbishment

We’re working with a builder known for high-quality government, commercial and education projects up to $10M. They’re on the hunt for a Project Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic role split between site coordination and project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the Project Manager across procurement, forecasting, trade letting, and cost control

Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers on site, ensuring the job stays on track with the Site Manager

Assisting with program management, site logistics and client reporting

Gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover

What You’ll Need

1–3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, or Site Engineer

Exposure to fitout and/or refurbishment projects (commercial, health, government, education preferred)

Confident dealing with subcontractors and consultants on site

Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to learning
