A leading commercial fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their high-performing team in Sydney’s CBD. With a strong pipeline of quality office fit-out projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic role with long-term growth potential.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working on office fit-out projects in Australia
• Solid understanding of local construction processes, subcontractor coordination, and site requirements
• Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Proficient in project administration, scheduling, and supporting project delivery teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of active fit-out projects
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery
• Track project documentation, variations, and approvals
• Support procurement, program management, and cost tracking
• Maintain clear communication across internal teams and external stakeholders
