The role:
As a Junior / Assistant Project Coordinator, you’ll support project delivery across land subdivision, commercial, residential, aged‑care, and industrial sectors. Responsibilities include:

Assisting with project scheduling, documentation, and reporting

Supporting contract administration and compliance tasks

Helping coordinate consultants, contractors, and approvals

Monitoring progress, costs, and risk registers

Contributing to feasibility studies and due‑diligence exercises equitydm.com.au

What you’ll need:

Currently enrolled or recently completed a relevant uni degree

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Eagerness to learn industry systems, tools, and best practices

Effective communication and a collaborative mindset
