Workfast is seeking a Safety Advisor to work on an 8/6 roster DIDO to Boddington, WA.

This is a key role supporting safety operations across civil and mobile plant activities, ideal for a confident and proactive safety professional looking to join a high-performing team in the resources sector.

What you need:

• Australian C-Class Driver's Licence or above
• White Card
• National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & labdas
• Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and practices
• Civil works and mobile plant experience highly regarded
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to conduct inspections, lead investigations, and deliver training
• Commitment to fostering a proactive safety culture

What you will be doing:

• Conducting site inspections and audits to identify and reduce risks
• Leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
• Delivering safety training and coaching to employees
• Ensuring compliance with all WHS legislation and standards
• Reporting on safety performance and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with project teams to drive continuous improvement
