Training Advisor – Processing Operations | FIFO 8:6

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Training Advisor to support our Top-Tier Gold Mining client's Processing Department through the planning, coordination, and delivery of site-based training and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training and development of Processing Operations personnel
• Assist in creating training pathways and internal training materials
• Deliver VOCs, inductions, safety programs and orientation workshops
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure statutory compliance and operational excellence

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ mining/processing experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116)
• Familiarity with INX Intuition and strong computer literacy
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
