Join a leading contractor delivering a major upgrade to Rio Tinto’s Paraburdoo Airport infrastructure. This high-profile project aims to enhance the safety, efficiency, and capacity of airport operations in the Pilbara region. We're seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Advisor to oversee night shift operations and ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role

• Monitor and enforce HSE compliance during night shift construction activities
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Lead incident investigations and provide timely reporting
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training as needed
• Support the site team with hazard identification and control implementation
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in safety performance
• Ensure alignment with Rio Tinto HSE standards and statutory requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HSE Advisor in civil or construction projects
• Night shift or FIFO project experience highly regarded
• Relevant HSE qualifications (Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety)
• Must be Rio Tinto inducted.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a night shift team
• Current Driver’s License and White Card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

• $95 - $100 Per Hour + Super
• FIFO ex-Perth with all flights, meals, and accommodation provided
• Weekly Pay
• 9:5 Roster
• 12 Weeks work
