About the role.
As a Key Accounts Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to high-value, long-standing customers with annual spends ranging from $1M to $20M. You’ll engage with clients via phone, email, and web chat, handling order processing, product enquiries, and issue resolution. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate multiple systems effectively.

About you?

• 1-2 years of call centre experience
• Own transport required – Public transport options are limited
• Passionate about customer service and relationship building
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong product knowledge retention skills – Previous experience in the building or manufacturing industry is a plus!
