The Opportunity

We’re currently looking for an experienced Property Manager with 2–4 years in the industry to step into a well-managed residential portfolio. The role is designed to give you the space to focus on relationship-building and top-level service — not get buried in admin.

You’ll be supported by a leasing team, inspections staff, and trust accounting, so you can stay focused on managing your portfolio and keeping clients happy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handle rent reviews, lease renewals, and arrears
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs through preferred trades
• Assist with leases, bond lodgements, and ingoings when required
• No leasing, trust accounting, or routine inspections
• Work closely with a collaborative and experienced team

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years’ experience in Property Management
• NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A reliable car and current driver’s licence
• Confidence in handling issues and solving problems quickly
• A good attitude and desire to grow with the business
